Micron Technology, Inc. in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Senior Dry Etch Equipment Engineer to lead installation, qualification and ongoing reliability of cutting-edge dry etch systems.

You will collaborate with process engineers to resolve issues that impact production and drive maintenance strategies in a fast-paced semiconductor cleanroom environment. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of equipment ownership for dry etch, a BS or MS in engineering, strong data-analysis skills, and experience with

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Dry Etch equipment and process ownership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Installation and qualification of the cutting-edge dry etch equipment in our new cleanroom
• Dry etch equipment performance, including data analysis, preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation
• Collaborate with process engineers to identify and resolve equipment-related issues affecting production
• Use project management skills to complete project milestones that close hardware gaps around equipment deficiencies
• Establish productive vendor relations to maintain supplier engagement, driving best in class equipment metrics
• Develop and implement Total Productive Maintenance strategies
