Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience as Process Owner within Dry Etch.
• BS or MS in Engineering, or equivalent military experience or 5+ years experience.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in Data Science and Programming.
• Interest in AI workflows within processes.

Responsibilities

• Start up, develop, and optimize Dry Etch processes to improve product quality and yield.
• Collaborate with equipment and integrations engineers to resolve production issues.
• Use project management to close yield, defectivity, cost gaps.
• Drive improvements across SPC charts you own.
