Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group in Miami, FL is seeking a Sr. Lead, Technical Procurement to drive dry dock procurement across shipyards and suppliers. You will translate complex specifications into structured sourcing packages, manage RFP processes, and lead negotiations to achieve cost efficiencies.

The role requires 8–10 years in technical procurement within maritime environments, strong Excel and analytics, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in technical shipyards or ship management with procurement leadership.
• Experience in a cruise line or maritime shipping environment preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and cost-reduction capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers and shipyards.
• Translate specifications into structured sourcing packages for RFPs.
• Analyze quotes and benchmark pricing to support cost optimization.
• Manage Statements of Work (SOWs), supplier agreements, time sheets, and yard reconciliations.
• Monitor performance and report on supplier and project metrics.
