Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Marine Engineering, or related field required.
• Professional certifications in procurement (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) preferred.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of procurement experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience in marine, technical supply chain, or maritime operations strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads daily procurement activities for marine categories with governance compliance.
• Develops category and sourcing strategies to optimize total cost of ownership.
• Manages supplier relationships for compliance, value delivery, and continuous improvement.
• Implements risk mitigation and supply continuity plans for critical marine ops.
• Coordinates cross-functional efforts with technical, marine, ops, and supply chain stakeholders.
• Develops procurement analytics, dashboards, and KPIs to drive data-driven decisions.
• Drives performance management and continuous improvement across the team.
• Ensures data integrity in procurement systems and supports strategic planning.
• Presents insights and recommendations to leadership for actionable strategies.
• Mentors procurement analysts and specialists to foster high performance.
