Job summary

ZenSource is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer (Drupal) to build, scale, and enhance cloud-native, content-driven solutions for clients. You will contribute across Drupal back-end development, while supporting serverless and AI-enabled initiatives on the roadmap.

You will lead technical efforts, set best practices, and mentor junior developers as the team grows. The role requires hands-on leadership, collaboration with architects, product leaders, and clients, and a focus on secure, scalable

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a full stack developer with strong back-end expertise.
• 4+ years of hands-on Drupal development, ideally mid- to senior level.
• Experience with Drupal 10 or 11 strongly preferred and serverless technologies such as AWS Lambda.
• Proficiency with Python for back-end and serverless development; 2+ years of AI development experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust Drupal back-end solutions with focus on performance, scalability, security, accessibility (WCAG AA) and Core Web Vitals.
• Work across the full stack ensuring smooth integration between front-end and back-end systems; architect integrations between Drupal and CRM/marketing platforms.
• Lead development on Drupal 10–11 projects, including custom modules, integrations, and migrations; provide production support and architecture guidance.
