Job summary

Eurofins Discovery Services is seeking a results-oriented Sales professional to lead the expansion of our discovery portfolio in the United States. You will engage with pharma/biotech clients, understand their drug discovery needs, and drive portfolio adoption through strategic relationships and targeted outreach.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 3 years in sales within drug discovery, a BS in chemistry or pharmacology, and strong presentation skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience with strong understanding of drug discovery.
• Experience in products and services for drug discovery is a plus.
• Knowledge of CRO market and global trends desirable.

Responsibilities

• Sell Eurofins Discovery portfolio within territory to meet regional targets.
• Understand drug discovery processes and related offerings to clients in the US.
• Develop client relationships through regular meetings and collaboration.
• Provide feedback on operations and strategy to meet client needs.
• Build territory and regional business plans and track progress.
• Report competitor activity and key metrics monthly.
• Utilize CRM to keep data current and accurate.
• Travel 30–40% within territory; assist sales colleagues as needed.
