Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2–4 years of experience.
• DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification (Security+ CE or equivalent) required.
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance required.
• Understanding of voice infrastructure and IP network topologies.

Responsibilities

• Perform network operations for circuits across TDM and SIP trunks.
• Coordinate with customers, UC stakeholders, and leaders to ensure network availability.
• Use ServiceNow to document incidents and resolutions throughout lifecycle.
• Monitor network alarms and provide global situational awareness to leadership.
• Maintain route plans and device profiles for optimal routing and configurations.
