AIRO Group Holdings, Inc. seeks a Lead SEIT Engineer to drive the full technical lifecycle of next-generation Uncrewed Air Systems, from concept through field deployment.

You will architect test pipelines, define interfaces, and oversee live flight validation to ensure airworthiness and safety in demanding environments. You will lead cross-discipline integration across electronics, firmware, mechanics, and software; build automated testing frameworks; deploy HIL/SIL environments; and mentor

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Aerospace, Electrical, Computer, or Systems Engineering required.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in aerospace/defense/robotics SEIT.
• Experience building testing infrastructure with Python, Robot Framework, C/C++, Git, and Docker.

Responsabilités

• Develop V&V Plans and map requirements to test cases and traceability.
• Lead cross-discipline integration across electronics, firmware, mechanical, software, and network domains.
• Plan, schedule, and execute all testing phases from Integration to Acceptance at air-vehicle level.
• Architect test infrastructure with integration benches, wiring harnesses, and fixtures.
• Deploy HIL/SIL environments to exercise control logic and fault handling.
• Build automated and manual test frameworks to ensure rapid software changes don't break capabilities.
• Collaborate on field deployments with engineering, flight operations, and customer teams during live testing campaigns.
