The role focuses on drivetrain brake controls for electrohydraulic systems, supporting production, NPI, and technology transformation in mining and construction environments. The successful candidate will apply systems thinking across controls, embedded software, calibration, and validation, collaborating with mechanical, electrical, software, and validation teams to deliver
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in an accredited engineering curriculum (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Computer, or Ag Engineering).
- Experience with control systems, embedded software, validation, and calibration.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects.
Responsibilities
- Establish and lead drivetrain brake mechatronics for lower powertrain systems.
- Design, develop, implement, and validate drivetrain control software and algorithms.
- Own long-term stewardship of legacy technologies and ensure reliability and compliance.
- Apply systems engineering to balance performance, durability, cost, and maintenance.
