Job summary

US Foods seeks a Driver Check-In Clerk to verify returned products and process documents for customer orders in Allentown, PA. Work Monday–Friday, 10:00am–6:30pm on the cooler dock, with end-of-day reporting and driver support.

The role requires a minimum of three years in warehouse/delivery procedures, strong math and communication skills, and basic computer proficiency. Benefits begin Day One with health coverage and retirement options.

Responsibilities

• Verify returned product for accurate reason codes to ensure correct data in reports.
• Ensure temperature guidelines are followed for product integrity.
• Process all documents (paper and digital) for returns and adjustments.
• Unload backhaul trailers and transport product to correct zone.
• Inspect returns for disposition and apply proper coding.
• Execute end-of-day processes and address discrepancies.
• Assist drivers and supervisors with issues and training needs.
