Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verify returned product for accurate reason codes to ensure accounting reports reflect data.
• Verify returned product is within temperature guidelines to maintain product integrity.
• Process all documents (paper and digital) associated with returns and adjustments to customer orders to ensure inventory and invoice accuracy.
• Inspect all product returned for appropriate disposition and proper coding.
• Execute end of day processes and reports, addressing discrepancies.
