Job summary

Stellantis in Michigan seeks a seasoned engineering leader to provide technical oversight of current and future Wagoneer/Grand Wagoneer & Durango driveline Axle/4WD systems, ensuring program deliverables meet cost, timing, efficiency and quality targets.

The role requires directing hardware, software, calibration, and validation efforts across teams, coordinating DFMEA/DRBFM, design changes, and milestone dates for mule and pilot builds, with a focus on risk management and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is required.
• 10 years of experience with at least 8 years in transmission/driveline design, releasing and development.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Oversee axle/driveline/4WD systems hardware, software, calibration, and validation.
• Lead engineering teams to deliver prototype and production solutions meeting program objectives.
• Coordinate DFMEA/DRBFM, design reviews and technical cost reductions.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams and management in steering meetings.
