Job summary

Stellantis NV is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to provide technical oversight of Axle/Driveline/AWD/4WD systems for current and future Wagoneer/Grand Wagoneer and Durango programs. The role requires leading engineering teams, coordinating DVP&R, DFMEAs, and risk management to meet cost, timing, and performance targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 10 years of experience with a minimum of 8 years in transmission and/or driveline design, releasing, development, validation, calibration, manufacturing, program management, etc.
• Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight of Axle/Driveline/AWD/4WD systems to meet program deliverables.
• Lead engineering teams to deliver prototype and production solutions.
• Coordinate DFMEA/DRBFM and risk management tasks with QRE team.
• Drive build readiness, design reviews, and technical cost reduction initiatives.
