Job summary

Stellantis NV is seeking a Senior Design Systems Engineer to serve as the primary technical integrator for axle, driveline, transfer case, gear reducer, and 4WD systems across the product lifecycle. You will interface with the Chief Engineer organization, PRC, DVC, manufacturing, suppliers, and component teams to ensure a cohesive, optimized system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field required.
• 8+ years of relevant automotive/geared systems experience, 5+ years in automotive engineering core.
• MSME or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own system-level definition and integration for axle, driveline, transfer case, gear reducer and 4WD software.
• Interface management across Chief Engineer, PRC, DVC, manufacturing, suppliers and validation teams.
• Lead system integration reviews to ensure performance, durability, manufacturability, NVH, serviceability and quality.
• Coordinate virtual development, validation plans and DVP activities.
• Drive risk management, quality leadership and DFMEA/DRBFM activities.
• Oversee cost optimization, program planning and supplier collaboration.
