Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with medium- to large-scale VFDs in industrial settings
• Bachelor's or higher in related field, or equivalent education/experience
• Familiarity with drive systems such as Siemens SINAMICS S120, ABB ACS880, or Rockwell PowerFlex
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, ~30%

Responsibilities

• Develop and design complex systems integrating hardware and software
• Create detailed material specifications and schematics, providing follow-up support
• Propose enhancements to improve productivity, reduce costs and elevate customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with manager, engineering teams, project managers and customers during project execution
• Specify and design hardware for Variable Frequency Drive systems
• Parameterize and optimize programs for VFDs in industrial metal technology applications
• Address complex technical challenges and take decisive actions to solve them
