  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
  • 7 years related experience in municipal water planning, design, and project management.
  • At least 2 years of project management experience desired.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to develop facility planning documents, process design, detailed designs, plans, specifications, and cost estimates for water treatment plant upgrades.
  • Manage administration of construction contracts and coordinate with clients primarily in Iowa and Nebraska.
  • Support marketing efforts and client development for HDR's drinking water portfolio.
  • Coordinate staff engineers and technicians to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
