Job summary

HDR is seeking an experienced Wastewater Project Manager to lead water projects in Nebraska/Iowa. You will work with clients and internal staff to build successful teams, provide project management and technical oversight, and help grow HDR’s Water Practice in the region.

The role requires a PE license or equivalent, a Bachelor's in Engineering, and at least 7 years of related experience, including 2 years in project management. PMP is preferred; MS Office and MS Project proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and PE license required or equivalent.
• 7+ years related experience; 2+ years project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in delivery of engineering services and manage projects.
• Coordinate staffing and workload through project lifecycle.
• Maintain client relationships and contribute to business development.
• Lead multi-disciplinary project teams and ensure QA/QC.
