Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• 2 years of experience with large data sets and business analytics.
• 3 years of experience in the drilling industry supporting drilling rig operations.
• Eligible to drive Company or personal vehicle for Company purposes.

Responsibilities

• Interface with stakeholders to support day-to-day performance and initiatives, including key customer accounts.
• Track, analyze, and manage KPIs to identify trends and improvement areas.
• Develop strategies to improve KPIs across rigs and customer operations.
• Assess rig and operational processes to identify inefficiencies and support performance plans.
• Create roadmaps and heatmaps for operational phases to guide planning and execution.
• Provide technical support to operations, sales, and related groups to meet customer expectations.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns; collaborate with Analytics Managers on cost information for regional optimization.
