Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10+ years of drilling engineering experience.
• Proven MPD and HTHP well operations track record.
• Experience in Haynesville, Austin Chalk or Eagle Ford is a plus.

• Design, plan, and execute MPD-focused drilling programs.
• Provide real-time technical support to rig-site teams for MPD and conventional drilling operations.
• Lead optimization strategies: ROP management, bit selection, and drilling fluid optimization.
• Coordinate with service providers to deploy cutting-edge MPD technologies.
• Mentor field teams in MPD and HTHP drilling methodologies.
