Job summary

Beyond Energy Services and Technology Corp. is seeking an MPD Supervisor to lead a field team and collaborate with on-site professionals to execute Managed Pressure Drilling projects.

You will oversee pre-planning, on-site operations, and post-well reporting to ensure safe and efficient drilling performance. The role requires a BS in Petroleum Engineering or equivalent experience, at least 7 years in oilfields with 2 years in MPD supervision, and strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field; equivalent industry experience considered.
• Minimum 7 years oilfield experience and 2 years as an MPD Supervisor.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to interact with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field installation and operation of MPD jobs including pre-planning, logistics and post-well performance reports.
• Troubleshoot field operations and diagnostics of MPD equipment for maintenance and repair.
• Manage client relationships on-site and represent Client independently when required.
• Develop and maintain relationships to optimize service quality, growth, and satisfaction.
• Participate in design and supervision of MPD field tests.
• Recommend improvements for equipment, software and procedures.
• Assist in managing pressure control to meet drilling objectives.
• Contribute to technical training programs for field personnel.
