Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering is required.
• At least 5 years of oil and gas engineering experience.
• Currently in a drilling engineer role.
• Experience with unconventional developments is preferred.
• Knowledge of government regulations and permitting is required.
• Able to travel as needed.

Aufgaben

• Develop detailed drilling plans and cost estimates.
• Review offset wells for risks, hazards, and best practices.
• Lead pre-spuds and post-well reviews to capture lessons learned.
• Write drilling programs and contingency procedures.
• Monitor operations for safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide technical support to field operations.
• Collaborate with geo-scientists and reservoir engineers on objectives.
