Job summary

Tutor Perini Corporation is seeking a Drilled Shaft Inspector to join the Honolulu, HI, HART project, reporting to the Quality Control Manager. You will inspect drilled shafts to contract specifications and witness testing procedures.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management and 5+ years in testing, inspection, or supervision on large public works. Active drilled shaft inspection certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 5+ years of experience in testing, inspection, supervision or management on large public works projects.
• Active certification for drilled shaft inspection (preferred).
• Experience with contract specifications as they apply to quality control/assurance (preferred).
• Experience with Microsoft Office (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Inspect drilled shafts to contract specifications and witness tests.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection instructions.
• Maintain inspection and testing records and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Coordinate quality control inspection schedules with other department schedules.
• Participate in internal/external quality control audits.
• Perform additional assignments as directed by supervisor.
