Get Logistics, a leading national drayage broker for BCOs and freight forwarders, is seeking a motivated and experienced individual for the position of Senior Drayage Operations Specialist. This role involves developing and maintaining strong business relationships with clients and carriers to ensure the smooth movement of shipments throughout the supply chain.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the scheduling, dispatch, and tracking of drayage shipments from ports to warehouses, rail ramps, and final destinations.
• Monitor and analyze dispatch operations to optimize routes and resources.
• Develop and maintain relationships with drivers, carriers, and port officials.
• Implement strategies to reduce costs and enhance efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with transportation laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Resolve shipment issues such as delays, damages, and discrepancies promptly.
• Provide leadership, training, and support to dispatch team members.
• Stay informed of industry trends and best practices.
• Manage accounts and serve as the primary contact for shipments.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and negotiate for cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and ensure client satisfaction.
• Support special projects as needed.

Requirements:
