Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Principal Design Verification Quality Engineer to lead DRAM verification quality strategies and drive AI-driven methodologies across sites. The role encompasses end-to-end verification flow improvements, JAMA ownership, and ensuring alignment with evolving design methodologies.

Strong leadership and deep verification expertise are essential. The position requires 10+ years in design and verification, with Linux experience and proficiency in Cadence Virtuoso,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in design, verification, or product validation with DRAM verification and testbenches.
• Strong digital/analog verification fundamentals and scalable verification flows.
• Experience in Linux environments and Cadence Virtuoso.
• Excellent communication and collaboration to drive cross-functional technical problems to closure.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive DRAM verification quality strategies and AI-driven methodologies.
• Lead closed-loop silicon learning to close failure gaps and reduce DITs and reticles.
• Oversee end-to-end verification flow analyses for cycle-time improvements.
• Engage with design and verification teams to align on methodology and tradeoffs.
• Own and evolve the JAMA verification requirements system and disseminate updates.
• Ensure requirements, BKMs, and tools stay current with industry practices.
• Support AI-driven verification initiatives to improve efficiency and traceability.
