Micron Technology, Inc. in San Jose, CA seeks a Principal System Architect to lead DRAM architecture development, translating memory roadmaps and customer needs into system requirements and prototypes.

You will own architecture decisions, supervise validation, and coordinate transitions from engineering to manufacturing, with emphasis on high-speed digital, analog, and power integrity.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent, 10+ years preferred.
• Experience architecting, developing, validating, and shipping high-speed memory systems.
• Proficiency across electrical, mechanical, thermal, and reliability domains.
• Experience with DDR/PCIe memory subsystems is strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and refine future memory needs; derive system-level requirements and interfaces.
• Lead architecture pathfinding, design, bring-up, validation, and release of complex memory modules.
• Oversee risk-based verification, margin testing, and qualification strategy with teams.
• Support NPI, manufacturing transfer, and process improvements for first-pass success.
