Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 8+ years in memory systems or related architecture.
• Deep knowledge of DRAM architecture and high-performance systems.
• Experience with AI-enabled simulation and quantitative analysis.

Responsibilities

• Define architectures for DDR, LPDDR, HBM, and CXL memory.
• Develop analytical and simulation-based models to compare tradeoffs.
• Drive requirements across DRAM, packaging, modules, and system software.
• Lead studies, roadmap development, and architecture recommendations with data.
