You will translate memory technology roadmaps and customer needs into system requirements, architecture, and prototypes, guiding from concept through manufacturing release of memory modules and high-speed digital interfaces. The role demands deep experience in memory/storage subsystems, system-level design across electrical/mechanical/thermal domains, and leadership across multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of proven experience in memory and storage systems.
• Experience architecting, developing, validating, and shipping high-speed memory or electronic systems.
• Experience with memory subsystems including DDR and PCIe.

Responsibilities

• Define and refine customer memory needs; derive system-level requirements and interfaces across electrical, mechanical, thermal and reliability domains.
• Lead architecture pathfinding with customers and enablement teams; oversee prototype bring-up and release to volume manufacturing.
• Lead risk-based verification, margin testing, and qualification strategy; apply FMEA and reliability predictions as part of release.
• Support NPI, materials procurement, supplier engagement, pilot builds, test coverage, and manufacturing transfer.
• Improve architecture, design, review, simulation, and validation methods to increase first-pass success and product quality.
