Job summary

A leading semiconductor company located in Boise, Idaho, is looking for a Sr BEOL Engineer to support development and optimization of advanced DRAM process integration. The role requires a strong educational background in Electrical Engineering or related fields, and familiarity with semiconductor fabrication processes. The engineer will work collaboratively to solve technical challenges and drive yield improvement, all while contributing to innovative manufacturing practices and technologies.

Qualifications

• MS/PhD (preferred)/BS (required) in relevant field.
• Familiarity with BEOL concepts and semiconductor processes.
• Exposure to DRAM or memory device technology.

Responsibilities

• Support BEOL process flow development for DRAM technologies.
• Assist in troubleshooting integration issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges.
• Document findings and present results to peers.
