Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. seeks a DRAM Architect to optimize DRAM solutions for power, performance, and cost while pioneering memory features and system-level innovations. You will collaborate with global, multi-functional teams to deliver high-quality, reliable, and power-efficient DRAM solutions that meet aggressive performance and time-to-market goals.

Strong background in memory design with 3+ years' experience and a Bachelor's in Electrical or Computer Engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in memory design, product engineering, or system architecture.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive DRAM system and component solutions to optimize performance, power, and cost.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to brainstorm and implement innovative ideas, assess solution efficiency, and adjust as needed.
• Analyze system behavior and drive data-driven optimizations and trade-offs.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to engineers from various backgrounds.
