Job summary

You will manage budgets, schedules, client communications, and project staffing, provide technical direction, coordinate with partners, and pursue mega projects. A PE is preferred and significant senior leadership experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 12 years of relevant experience.
• 4 years of successful management of engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead drainage design on fast-paced transportation projects.
• Develop project scope, fee quotes, and technical proposals.
• Manage client liaison, scope, schedule, and budgets to completion.
• Provide senior technical direction and reviews of designs and calculations.
• Oversee staffing, recruitment, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with clients and pursuit teams for mega projects.
