Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC is seeking a Drafter/CAD Operator in Kihei, Hawai`i to support DoD-related facilities programs. The role focuses on CAD modeling, as-built drawings, and GIS data integration to maintain accurate records for past, present, and future projects.

The ideal candidate has strong AutoCAD experience, Vault workflow knowledge, and ESRI ArcGIS skills, with at least five years in CAD/GIS environments and an AS degree in Architectural/Engineering Drafting Technology.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in CAD/GE or GIS environments.
• Experience managing CAD drawing batches and drawing logs.

Responsabilités

• Create, update, and maintain CAD models and sheet sets for facilities, infrastructure, and leased properties.
• Baseline CAD drawings with as-built surveys for accurate representations.
• Develop new CAD models when references do not exist, via field data collection.
• Prepare standardized CAD templates, layers, and plots per DoD/NCS standards.
• Organize and archive CAD/GIS deliverables in Vault and shared repositories.
