Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC is seeking a Drafter/CAD Operator to support a customer out of Kihei, Hawai'i. You will create, modify, and maintain CAD models and sheet sets representing as-built conditions for facilities, infrastructure, and leased property, baselining drawings through comprehensive site surveys and data collection.

The role requires five years of CAD/GIS experience, proficiency in AutoCAD and ArcGIS, and the ability to manage CAD libraries in Vault, align with DoD CAD

Qualifications

• Associates' Degree in Applied Science (Architectural/Engineering Drafting Technology)
• Completed ESRI Certified Introduction and Intermediate training in ArcGIS.

Responsabilités

• Create, modify, update, and maintain CAD models and CAD record drawing sheet sets representing as-built conditions for facilities, infrastructure, and leased property.
• Baseline all CAD drawings for the site through surveys of facilities, land and utilities to support accurate as-builts.
• Create new CAD models where references do not exist by field data collection and measurements.
• Create standardized CAD sheet sets and plot files with defined layer standards and plot configurations.
• Develop new CAD models and drawing sets to support planning of Work Tasks and Facility Projects, reflecting government planning activities.
