Job summary

Bishop & Company, Inc. is seeking a Drafting Technician to support the engineering department with drawings, research and other drafting tasks. The position requires on-site work in Honolulu, HI, with hours 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Salary ranges from $19 to $22 per hour, with length of engagement of 1 year or longer. Candidates must reside in Oahu and be available to interview immediately. Experience with AutoCAD or MicroStation is essential to create and review drawings and maps

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret maps and drawings.
• Strong clerical and administrative skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication and listening skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Customer Engineering Department with drafting needs and demands.
• Look for maps, drawings and documentation to assist Engineers and Planners with their projects.
