Job summary

Zohorecruit in Houston, TX is seeking a millwork drafter with 2-3 years of AutoCAD experience to prepare detailed shop drawings. You will read and interpret architectural plans, collaborate with project managers, architects and engineers, and verify dimensions by visiting construction sites.

Qualifications

Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the millwork industry.

Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software, with minimum1-3 years of experience.

Ability to read and interpret architectural and shopdrawings, blueprints, and specifications.

Strong spatial visualization skills and ability to work inboth 2D and 3D.

Proficiency in Excel, PDF manipulation, and other relevantsoftware.

Please Note:

This is not an entry-level position. Candidates with 1-3years of AutoCAD experience and/or 1-3 years of experience as a millworkdrafter will be considered. However, a certificate in drafting will be requiredfor entry-level positions.

The schedule for this position is 50+ hours per week, andyou must be able to meet tight deadlines.
