Job summary

MM Coaching Limited is hiring a Senior Direct Response Copywriter to own the message across ads, the VSL, funnel pages, and email for an eight-figure men’s coaching company. You’ll report to the Head of Paid Marketing and work closely with the founder.

This is a high-volume, remote role writing scripts and primary text, briefing editors, and optimizing based on analytics. Expect 3+ hours of overlap with European hours in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English, at a native or near-native level.
• Within the last 18 months, written direct-response ads, long-form sales copy, and email for a high-ticket offer sold through booked sales calls (ad → opt-in/VSL → application → call → close), with results you can show: cost per call, ROAS, or revenue attributed to your copy.
• Personally written at least one VSL, webinar script, or long-form sales letter that served as the main sales asset for an offer at scale
• Written Meta ad copy at volume, week after week, and tracked which concepts won and why
• Email marketing expert: daily broadcasts, sequences, deliverability, and revenue attribution, not just open rates
• Able to give this role at least 20 hours a week, ideally 30 or more, with at least 3 hours a day overlapping European hours

Responsibilities

• Market research and ideation
• Writing copy for ads, the VSL, funnel pages, and emails
• Briefing the video editors and reviewing cuts against your script
• Reviewing the analytics and iterating on what the numbers show
• Keeping all copy within ad platform policies
