Solution One Industries is seeking a DPAS ICP Senior Portfolio Item Manager (SME I) in Tampa, FL to lead enterprise logistics operations and data integrity across DPAS and ELMS systems.

The role requires extensive DoD logistics experience, PMP-like certification, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams on inventory and property accountability in a government contracting environment.

Qualifications

• Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) knowledge.
• Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS) familiarity.
• Item catalog development and management experience.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the establishment, implementation, and operation of the DPAS/ELMS ICP.
• Manage item-management processes including cataloging and stock records.
• Oversee integration of supply, maintenance, acquisition and property-accountability functions.
• Develop reports and briefings for Government leadership.
• Ensure compliance with DoD logistics regulations and FIAR initiatives.
