Job summary

Solution One Industries is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the ELMS program for USSOCOM at MacDill AFB, Tampa, FL. You will oversee contract performance, personnel management, customer engagement, and continuous improvement across a complex logistics operation.

The role requires a proven track record in program leadership within DoD environments, with strong communication and strategic oversight of a cleared logistics workforce. Tampa-based, full-time position with potential travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum fifteen (15) years of experience supporting DoD, another federal agency, or a similar organization in program management, financial management, information technology, materiel management, or logistics.
• Minimum five (5) years of program or project management experience.
• Experience managing personnel, budgets, schedules, and customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership, direction, and management for all contract personnel and subcontractors.
• Serve as primary point of contact to USSOCOM leadership and CORs.
• Manage contract performance in accordance with contractual requirements and program objectives.
• Oversee staffing, onboarding, workforce development, retention, and succession planning.
• Direct program scheduling, resource allocation, budget management, and risk mitigation.
• Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure compliance.
• Monitor program performance metrics and prepare reports and executive briefings.
• Lead ELMS-related program execution, property management, and inventory accountability.
• Coordinate contract transitions, system migrations, and change management.
• Ensure compliance with security requirements and DoD regulations.
• Foster strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for improvements.

Education

Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, Information Systems, or a related business field

Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least fifteen (15) years of qualifying professional experience
