Solutions Through Innovative Technologies, Inc. (STI-TEC) seeks a senior logistics/program management professional to support USSOCOM ELMS implementation and sustainment.

The role covers property accountability, inventory control, and reporting across DoD supply chains, with a focus on performance improvement and cross-functional collaboration. The candidate must hold a active Secret clearance, have a background in logistics or business and substantial DoD experience, including warehouse

Competenze

• Secret clearance required on day one of performance.
• Bachelor's Degree in logistics, supply chain or business-related field; Associates degree with 5 years Logistics/Warehouse experience acceptable.
• Minimum 10 years combined experience with DoD or other federal agency in Financial Management, Program Management, IT, Material Management or Logistics.
• Minimum 7 years experience as a government warehouse manager.
• Minimum 7 years in personnel management of teams larger than twenty.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Major Command.
• Experience in demand analysis, stock level management and causative research.
• DAU or service level trained Logistics or Acquisition Management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Mansioni

• Provide ELMS program implementation planning and reporting support to ALD leadership.
• Plan and implement ELMS PA modules and sustain ELMS requirements.
• Collaborate with units and DoD partners to resolve property management issues.
• Create regular reports using ELMS data and other LIS systems.
