Solutions Through Innovative Technologies, Inc. (STI-TEC) seeks a seasoned logistics program specialist to support the Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS) across SOF AT&L activities.

The role emphasizes property accountability, PA and ELMS module implementation, and cross-functional process improvements for DoD logistics environments. Candidates should have 10+ years in DoD logistics/financial management, a secret clearance, and a bachelor's degree in logistics or related field,

Qualifikationen

• Secret clearance required on day one of performance.
• Bachelor's Degree in logistics management, supply chain or related field.
• Associates degree with 5 years of Logistics/Warehouse experience.
• Minimum 10 years combined experience with DoD or federal agency in Financial Management, Program Management, IT, Material Management or Logistics.
• Minimum 7 years as a government warehouse manager.
• Minimum 7 years in personnel management of teams larger than twenty.
• Minimum 3 years in Major Command.
• Experience in demand analysis, stock level management and causative research.
• DAU or service-level trained Logistics or Acquisition Management.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic-level ELMS program implementation planning and reporting support to the ALD Director, Deputy Director, and Sustainment Cell Lead.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement PA and other ELMS modules and sustain ELMS requirements.
• Resolve property management and accounting problems with supported units and DoD/SOF activities.
• Create weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual ELMS reports using data visualization tools and LIS data.
• Support cross-functional activities including implementation, material management, operations, and process optimization.
• Maintain operational calendars, project plans, and prepare presentations for inquiries and reporting.
• Provide ELMS-based financial reporting to USSOCOM agencies as required.
• Assist ELMS IO as Assistant Information Owner with user access validation/approval.
• Use MS Office to manage workload and administrative outputs.
• Ensure all personnel complete APSR training.
