Solution One Industries seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead the ELMS program for USSOCOM at MacDill AFB, Tampa, FL. You will oversee contract performance, workforce management, customer engagement, and compliance with DoD regulations.

The role requires 15+ years of DoD program management, strong leadership, and ability to manage a dispersed workforce while ensuring mission success and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Master's or equivalent with 15+ years of DoD/ gov't program experience.
• Experience leading large, dispersed contract operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executive briefing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership, direction, and management for all contract personnel and subcontractors.
• Serve as primary contact to USSOCOM leadership and CORs.
• Manage contract performance per contractual requirements and program objectives.
• Oversee staffing, onboarding, workforce development, retention, and succession planning.
• Direct program scheduling, resource allocation, budget management, and risk mitigation.
• Implement quality control to ensure contract compliance.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports and executive communications.
• Lead ELMS-related program execution, asset management, and inventory accountability.
• Coordinate contract transitions, system migrations, and change management initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with security requirements and DoD regulations.
• Foster customer relationships and identify opportunities for process improvements.
