Job summary

Blythe Construction seeks a Dozer Operator to join our field crew. You will handle the operation of the dozer to move soil, grade surfaces, and support site layout under the supervision of the foreman and superintendent.

This role requires proven experience, the ability to read and follow directions, perform preventive maintenance, and work outdoors in varying weather. Strong safety awareness and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a dozer on roads/bridges projects.
• Ability to understand and communicate work directions.
• Ability to perform required physical tasks and maintain equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate the dozer safely and efficiently.
• Perform daily maintenance and lubrication.
• Follow foreman/superintendent directions.
• Keep equipment clean and well maintained.
• Notify supervisor if repairs are needed.
• Monitor engine gauges and tire pressure.
• Assist with alignment and grading as directed.
