Blythe Construction, Inc. is seeking a Dozer Operator for a hands-on, hourly-rated crafts role on our North Carolina sites. The successful candidate will operate a dozer safely, perform routine maintenance, and follow foreman directions to support road, highway, and bridge projects.

Expect a physically demanding role outdoors, with exposure to noise and dust. Prior experience and a high school diploma or GED are preferred; local benefits apply.

• Requires demonstrable prior experience as a Dozer Operator.
• Education: high school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Operate the dozer safely and efficiently.
• Perform pre-start and daily maintenance, including lubrication.
• Follow directions from foreman and superintendents.
• Keep equipment clean and well maintained.
• Notify supervisor if equipment needs repair.
• Monitor engine gauges during operation.
• Assist with alignment and grade work with crew.
• Control attachments such as blades and buckets.
