Job summary

Branch Builds, Inc. is seeking an experienced Bulldozer Operator for our Civil Division. The role involves operating a bulldozer to excavate, level, and distribute earth, push trees and rocks, and follow grade markings.

You will attach and service equipment, monitor engine indicators, and work full-time with on-site duties. OSHA regulations knowledge is required, and DOT experience is preferred. On-site benefits and safety-focused culture offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Fastens attachments to tractor
• Connects hydraulic hoses, belts, mechanical linkage or power takeoff shaft to tractor to provide power to raise, lower or tilt attachment
• Operates controls to maneuver tractor and raise, lower and tilt attachments to clear right-of-way
• Listens for stalling action of engine to estimate depth of cut
• Operates bulldozer in successive passes to raise or lower terrain to specified grade following markings on grade stakes or hand signals
• May service and make normal operating adjustments to equipment
