Job summary

Branch Civil is seeking a Bulldozer Operator to join our growing Civil Division. The role involves operating a tracked bulldozer to excavate, level, and distribute earth while pushing trees and rocks as needed on active job sites.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of bulldozer experience, working knowledge of OSHA regulations, and DOT experience is preferred but not required. This is a full-time, safety-focused position within our established team.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of bulldozer operating experience.
• Knowledge of construction techniques.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• DOT experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate bulldozer to excavate, level, and move earth.
• Attach/detach implements and perform routine equipment checks.
• Monitor grade stakes and signals for cut and fill.
• Maintain safety standards per OSHA regulations.
• Communicate with site crew and supervisors.
• On-call for weather delays and emergencies.
• Perform minor maintenance and adjustments as needed.
