Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Senior Manager, Downstream Marketing to lead a shoulder arthroplasty marketing team. The hybrid role can be based in Bloomington, MN or Columbia City, IN or fully remote for the right candidate, with travel expectations increasing for remote arrangements.

You will own the downstream marketing strategy, drive segmentation and positioning, and build strong relationships with KOLs and industry partners to maximize business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 10 years of work experience.
• MBA preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of medical device sales or marketing experience.
• Minimum 4 years of people management experience.
• Experience in clinical settings, operating rooms, or orthopedic/enabling technology products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Hardware Downstream Marketing team with a high-performing culture.
• Own the downstream marketing strategy: develop, execute and optimize plans.
• Drive segmentation, targeting and positioning to maximize engagement and performance.
• Evaluate market dynamics and product lifecycle to identify pricing opportunities.
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders and industry partners with cross-functional leaders.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness and business impact.
• Partner across functions to implement high-impact solutions driving growth.
• Recruit, coach and develop talent with performance management and inclusive growth.
