Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Senior Product Manager for its Shoulder iD portfolio, combining clinical insight with marketing expertise to shape go-to-market strategies. The role is hybrid and based in Bloomington, MN, with a focus on strategy, lifecycle management, and cross-functional leadership to drive product performance and brand strength.

Qualified candidates typically have at least six years in marketing or medical device sales, a Bachelor’s degree, and ideally an MS or MBA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree preferred (MS/MBA).
• 6+ years in marketing or medical device sales.
• Experience developing go-to-market strategies and product launches.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product marketing strategies aligned with objectives and launches.
• Analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities.
• Build customer insights on needs, buying behavior, and value drivers.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Intelligence to create tools and messaging.
• Support lifecycle management with pricing analysis and obsolescence planning.
• Track KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
• Translate clinical and technical knowledge into engaging value propositions.
• Drive improvements to achieve better product performance and commercial success.
