Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Senior Manager, Downstream Marketing – ASC & NT to lead the execution of the enterprise marketing strategy for ASC & NT Sales within Customer Solutions. You will drive end-to-end strategy for cross-selling, contracting, and market growth in the U.S. market.

You will partner with upstream marketing to set vision, execute plans, and lead commercialization programs leveraging the Stryker brand. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• MBA preferred for leadership roles.
• Proven experience in medical devices or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual marketing/commercial plans for ASC & NT Sales.
• Lead and develop a downstream marketing team (4 direct reports).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide Sales Enablement and Upstream Marketing.
• Partner with upstream marketing to advance ASC portfolio and education platforms.
• Drive brand consistency, advertising, and tradeshow strategies to meet growth goals.
