Job summary

Stryker Corporation in the United States seeks a Senior Manager, Downstream Marketing – ASC & NT to lead the end-to-end marketing strategy for ASC & NT Sales within Customer Solutions.

You will build annual plans, guide a team of four, collaborate with Upstream and EAM marketing, and drive cross‑selling and contracting to grow Stryker’s ASC/NT business while delivering profitable results.

Qualifications

• Required Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years of work experience
• Experience in sales and or marketing in Medical Devices
• MBA preferred
• People management experience preferred
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
• Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority
• Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and execute the Annual Marketing/Commercial Plans for ASC & NT Sales.
• Lead the ASC & NT downstream marketing team (4 direct reports).
• Collaborate across Customer Solutions Marketing to guide Sales Enablement and Upstream marketing leaders.
• Partner with upstream marketing to advance ASC portfolio and education platforms.
• Coordinate with EAM Marketing to share best practices and synergies.
• Shape value propositions and sales approach for ASC ownership models with partners.
• Advance ASC Management Companies relationships and offerings.
• Coordinate branding, advertising, and tradeshow strategies for growth and profitability.
