Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Senior Manager, Downstream Marketing for ASC & NT within Customer Solutions Marketing. You will lead the end-to-end commercial strategy and cross-functional execution to grow ASC and NT sales in the U.S. market.

You will manage a team of four, collaborate with upstream and EAM marketing, and influence across brands to drive profitability and market share. A strong communicator and problem-solver is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of work experience.
• Experience in sales and/or marketing in Medical Devices.
• MBA preferred and people management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Annual Marketing/Commercial Plans for the ASC & NT Sales organizations.
• Lead the ASC & NT downstream marketing team (4 direct reports).
• Collaborate with Customer Solutions Marketing to guide Sales Enablement and Upstream marketing.
• Partner with upstream marketing to advance the ASC portfolio and customer education platforms.
• Coordinate brand, advertising and tradeshow strategies to drive growth and profitability.
