Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.
• 8+ years experience in program management or aerospace leadership.
• Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.
• Proven program management experience leading a team to field integrated products.
• Adaptive and introspective, willing to learn, teach, lead, and follow.

Responsibilities

• Drives program progress from market need identification through sustainment and obsolescence.
• Manages customer relationships and ensures customer satisfaction.
• Defines program objectives and aligns required resources.
• Manages program budget, schedule, and Key Results; reports on program health.
